What Office 365 apps do I have access to as an alumni?

Alumni have limited access to Office 365 after graduation. Alumni at some institutions retain email for life through Outlook. This means that you can continue to use your school email through Outlook even after graduation. However, your Office 365 license will change upon graduation, which means that your access to other Office 365 applications and features such as OneDrive and desktop-installed applications will be removed.

How do I access my email as an alumni?

1. Please sign in to Outlook by navigating to outlook.office.com.
2. Enter your full school email address, then select Next.
   
3. Enter your account password in the Password field, then select Sign in.
   If you do not remember your password, please follow the password reset instructions here.
   
4. Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process when prompted. For more information, refer to our article on signing in with MFA here.
5. Once verification is complete, you will be directed to your email inbox.
