When do I get access to Canvas?

Once you have received your welcome letter and access to your school account, you will be able to access Canvas. In rare cases, it may take some time to gain access. If you still do not have access to Canvas after 8 hours from receiving your welcome letter, you may contact the Help Desk for assistance.

When can I view my courses?

There may be a time when you can access Canvas before you are able to view your courses. Courses typically open a week or a few days before the term/semester start date. Campus student support counselors or admissions will notify you of the dates when you can access your courses.
