-
- Can view all details-(highest tier of sharing) the invited user can see ALL details of your calendar. This includes: invitees to meetings, meeting details/descriptions, start and end times of your meetings.
- Can view event titles and locations- (middle tier of sharing) the invited user can only see the main title and location of your meetings.
- Can view when I'm busy- (lowest tier of sharing) The invited user will only see that your calendar is blocked off as "busy". They will not see any other details of your day.
After you've shared your calendar, the recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to view your calendar. They can either add your calendar to their own Outlook account, or view it through a web browser. It's worth noting that sharing your calendar outside of your organization does come with some privacy risks, as you'll be sharing potentially sensitive information with people who may not be affiliated with our schools or system office. Make sure you only share your calendar with people you trust, and consider using the "Can view when I'm busy" permission if you're concerned about sharing too much information.
