Forward Calls from Cisco Desk Phone
- Press the Fwd All soft key on your phone when it is not in use.
- Enter the phone number you would like to forward calls to exactly as you would dial it from your phone. (For more information, review our dialing instructions.)
- To forward calls directly to voicemail, press the voicemail button on the phone instead of entering a phone number.
- To verify that your calls are forwarded, look for the “Forward All” icon on your phone's display, and the forwarding information should be there.
- Your Forwarding settings can also be tested by calling your phone number from another desk phone or a mobile phone.
- To cancel call forwarding, press the Fwd Off soft key.
Forward Calls from Webex
- Go to your profile picture, select Settings (Windows) or Preferences (Mac), and then select Calling.
- Under Call Forward section select the plus icon and enter the phone number you would like to forward calls to exactly as you would dial it from your phone. (For more information, review our dialing instructions.)
- Forwarding can then be enabled in one of two ways:
- Change the dropdown option under Call Forward from Do Not Forward Calls to the number you added in step 2 and then click on Save.
- After you've turned on call forwarding, you can go to
in the footer of your app and select where to forward your phone calls. From there, you can forward calls to your voicemail or a number you've set before.
NOTE: Phone and forwarding settings
turns green and stays that way until you change the setting back to Do Not Forward Calls.
