How do I prepare the room to share content?

1. Locate the zoom room controller and select the Share Content option.

    2. You should see information similar to the picture below appear on the TV.

1. Go to share.zoom.us and enter the meeting ID.
2. Enter the passcode then click Join Meeting

   3. Select the screen you want to share and click the share button at the bottom.

1. Download and install the zoom workplace app from https://zoom.us/download
2. Open the app and Sign-in.
3. Select the Share Screen option.

    4. Enter the Sharing Key provided on the TV then click on Share Screen.
