Why has IT blocked internet traffic from certain countries?
The Community Solution has blocked internet traffic from certain countries that have been identified as posing a significant cyber security risk. The following countries have been identified as high risk and subsequently blocked: China, North Korea, Iran, Russia and Kenya
Some people may need to be excluded from these restrictions for legitimate reasons. If you meet any of the below criteria, you may qualify for an exclusion.
Criteria for Exclusion

Your permanent residency is in a blocked country
You may need to provide proof of residency if your current address on record is outdated.

You frequently travel to a blocked country
You may request a temporary exclusion for an upcoming trip, or a permanent exclusion if you travel to a blocked country more than once a year for work or personal reasons.
Requesting an Exclusion
- Submit a Help Desk request using this link or call at 800-747-8367 if you cannot sign-in to submit a request
- State the country you are having issues logging in from or plan to login from
- State the country you are having issues logging in from or plan to login from
- A Help Desk technician will evaluate the request- they may ask for additional information
- If approved, the exclusion will be applied and you will be able to login
