How do I create or edit my email signature in the new Outlook on the web?
- Sign in to Outlook on the web.
- Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.
- In the search bar, type Signatures and select it under Mail Compose and reply.
- Click + New signature, name the signature, and enter your desired content using the formatting toolbar.
- Select which signature to apply to new messages and replies using the dropdown menus at the bottom.
- Close the window. Your changes are automatically saved.
