Workday Inbox
Where can I find my inbox?
When you sign in to Workday, you will be directed to the Workday home page. The inbox icon in the top-right corner will take you to your inbox. This is where any item (tasks, reviews, approvals, etc.) that require your action live.
How do I navigate my inbox?
The left section of the inbox screen allows you to select between your inbox tasks. On the right section of the screen, you will enter information specific to the current inbox task. Once you have completed all the sections of that task, there is a Submit button at the bottom of the area. Clicking this button will submit the task to the next step, and remove it from your inbox.

How do I navigate the home page?
The Home Page is made up of several sections. We have provided a brief description of each section to help you navigate the Workday home page below.
Home Page Section Descriptions
| Awaiting your Action | Displays the 3 most recent tasks that were sent to your Workday inbox. |
| Quick Tasks | Tasks that Workday has personalized for you based on past Workday actions. |
| Timely Suggestions | Tasks specific to your role. |
| Your Teams | This section will only be visible if you are a manager. It will grant you access to tasks related to your direct reports. |

Global Navigation Menu
What is the Global Navigation Menu and where can I find it?
The Global Navigation menu will always be available on the top-left no matter where you are in Workday. It allows you to jump between Apps without having to go to your Home Page. Workday allows you to modify the order of the Navigation menu so you can put your most commonly used Apps at the top of the list.
How do I navigate my Apps with the Global Navigation Menu?

Click the Global Navigation Menu button and you will see all Workday Apps available to you.

Select the App you like to navigate to and you will be redirected.
How do I edit the order of my Global Navigation Menu?

Click the Global Navigation Menu button and you will see all Workday Apps available to you.

Click Edit to reorder your Apps.

Drag and drop your Apps into your preferred order.
