What is DaVinci click-to-dial?
DaVinci provides an integration that connects our Salesforce system to our telephone system. This integration allows our admissions team to efficiently contact and record calls with prospective students.
How do I log in to DaVinci click-to-dial?
Launch Cisco AnyConnect and click Connect.
Note: You must connect to VPN and have your IP Communicator running to use the DaVinci toolbar. More detailed instructions for connecting to VPN can be found here.
Enter your Username. This is your network username (i.e., "ddavinci" not "email@example.com"). Then, enter your email Password.
Launch Cisco IP Communicator.
Note: More detailed instructions describing how to launch IP Communicator can be found here.
After IP Communicator has finished launching, you will see a virtual phone on your screen.
Log in to Salesforce at https://tcsedsystem.my.salesforce.com
Click the Phone icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
A pop-up window will appear asking for the DaVinci Username, enter your full email address, then click login.
Enter your DaVinci Password. Please note that this password is not the same as your email password.
Note: If you do not remember your DaVinci password, please use this link to request a password reset.
Once you have successfully logged in to DaVinci, you will be prompted to log in to Finesse. Enter the details listed below to log in:
Username - this is your network username (i.e., "ddavinci", not "firstname.lastname@example.org")
Extension - this is your 4-digit Finesse extension, not your personal desk extension
Domain - enter tcses.org
Password - this is your Cisco Finesse password
Scroll to the bottom of the window and click login.

You will see your dashboard once you are logged in.
