When would I have multiple accounts?
All students and employee are provided a unique account for each institution they attend. Students that attend multiple institutions within our community have multiple accounts. Employees who work for multiple organizations or attend an institution within our community will also have multiple accounts. If you are both a student and an employee, even of the same institution, you also may have more than one account (e.g. one student account and one employee account).
What should I do if I have multiple accounts?
If you are a student or employee who has multiple accounts, it is important that you utilize the appropriate account when sending communications or completing work.
How should I navigate this?
If you have multiple accounts, we recommend that you utilize two browsers on your computer. For instance, if you are both an employee and a student, use Google Chrome for your employee account and FireFox for your student account. Using multiple browsers will prevent any sign-in issues and will help you separate your work and communications.
If you prefer to utilize a specific browser, it's possible that you will run into a sign-in issue. You can easily fix most sign-in issues by clearing your browser's cache. We have provided links below that will walk you through clearing your browser's cache for the most common web browsers.
